Why link icon is empty or broken?
This may happen for multiple reasons. The site may not have an icon, the site may not be accessible to Zeerka, or the site has policies preventing retrieval of its images by other sites. If the 'Refresh Icon' option in the Link menu doesn't help, the best option is to wait a few days until our automated link-fixing process corrects it. If you're technical, you can try to locate the icon link yourself by inspecting the page source; if you find it, copy and paste it into the link's Icon URL field.
Can I add a link for the page I'm visiting?
Yes. While our browser extension is still in development (coming soon!), you can use the 'Add to Zeerka' button to achieve this. Enable the bookmarks bar in your browser and drag this button in there from Zeerka's Help page.
Why 'Add to Zeerka' button sometimes fail to open?
Usually, this happens when the site you're visiting has security policies that prohibit the use of 3rd party scripts. In such cases, just copy the URL of the page and add it to your Zeerka page manually.
